Ruth Posas heads up the Accounting and Reporting department at Doza Circle. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to accuracy, she ensures our financials are in order and transparent. Ruth brings clarity to complex numbers and keeps the team grounded with timely reporting, budgeting, and accountability. Her integrity, consistency, and behind-the-scenes dedication make her an invaluable part of the Doza Circle team.
She is a seasoned professional with a background in Business Administration and Economics from Mindanao State University - Tambler. A licensed teacher and NC-III certified bookkeeper, she has over nine years of local experience before transitioning to remote work in 2011. Since then, she has supported C-level executives in various roles, bringing adaptability and expertise to every team she joins.
