Hi, I’m Lyndsay—most call me Lilo.

Doza Circle is my dream  unfolding in real-time.  Nothing fills my cup more than being responsible for the memories and events that define that greatest moments in your life. My passion for what I do fuels the drive to push beyond, study, and continue to create my own lane where creative sparks, strategy, and operational precision meet.

Born in Long Beach, California. Earned my BA in Communications & Marketing by 20. Planned weddings, events on campus, and was the Social VP of the Pre-Law Club at La Sierra University.  Then went law school, graduated with honors, a couple years in the legal world… and a complete pivot into fashion design and shows (hello, LA Fashion Week 👋).  Then I took an opportunity at a direct selling company in events and programs. This experience set the stage for my next step into entrepreneurship.

I poured my soul into creating a stage for your ideas to shine. A stage that you can trust to leave millions of lasting impressions. With decades of deeply rooted relationships, Doza Circle is now a  powerful collective of creative minds, strategic protectors,  top-tier venue & production partners, and respected experts in their field.
